County Brides Wedding Fayre, at De Vere Village, Daresbury Park.

Yesterday I attended my fourth wedding fayre, I can safely say, that the nerves have finally gone (touch wood) no more sleepless nights and panicking, if anything I was excited to meet lots of lovely brides-to-be. Although the nerves had gone, this wedding fayre was a big step me it was the first fayre I had attended solo, I didn’t want Eddie to come as Sunday was his only day off this week, and I felt I needed to take the plunge and finally do one on my own.

Firstly I definitely missed Eddies help while I was unloading  and loading my car at Daresbury park, as it seemed like I had endless boxes and bits to bring in. But I also got my self into several comedy pickles, during the day, without his guidance. While I was setting up I spilt my own cup of tea over the table, and all over the hotels white table cloth, meaning I had to sheepishly ask for a second.  Then later while talking to a bride-to-be my easels all toppled over like a domino effect making a very loud sound! Thank goodness the frames are perspex, so they didn’t smash! (Normally Eddie sets up the easels oops).

I didn’t get a chance to officially photograph my stand or anybody elses, due to me being alone, but I took a few on my phone.

I was very luckly as my stand was next to the lovely, Poppy Weatherall who filled the room with her beautiful violin playing, durring the day.

I also met and had a good girly chat about dresses with Diamonds and Pearls bridal.

All in all was a good day and i gave my self a big pat on the back for my first solo, wedding fayre.

Lots of love Lucy xx
